Schedule a free 25 minutes Discovery Call to learn more about what coaching is and what it can do for you. Finding a good fit with the right person matters when it comes to coaching. I work with individuals as well as parents and couples to support their growth and to help them reach their desired goals. Whether you want to create something new in your life, achieve a goal, or enhance your parenting and partnering practices, I am here to help. I utilize the Co-Active Coaching Model as well as a Positive Discipline lens and a few other frameworks (notably John Gottman and Harville Hendrix teachings) to help empower you in achieving your goals. I also coach those who are co-parenting and wish to strengthen their practices in that area. Discovery calls last approximately 25 minutes, and it is a time to discern what your goals are, and if working together is a good fit. Reach out to me to set up a time to meet.
